our number one priority. Evelyn has been improving the surroundings of valued clients
for years and is now applying her extensive building and design experience into making
Nicely Done Home Services the group you trust with all your home service needs! She
attended Cal State Northridge and completed her interior design requirements before
transferring to the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and receiving her degree
in Architecture in 1991.
Evelyn's commitment to quality and strong desire to satisfy every client has made

to earn your trust, Kip Nicely focuses on the needs of our clients, the variety and
completeness of services and products offered, and the "behind the scenes"
operations that set Nicely Done Home Services apart from the rest. As a graduate
of the U.S. Naval Academy (Annapolis) with a Master's Degree in Systems Management
from the University of Southern California, he has a wide range of experience in
small business, government, and community affairs.

A talented, outgoing and creative designer, Maria Davis has been with Nicely Done
Kitchens since first opening its doors. Now the Director of Design Services for KitchenLite,
you will find enormous satisfaction in Maria's ability and talents to get you the
kitchen or bathroom you need, and to fit within your budget!
With a previous background in banking and project management, and fluent in three
languages, Maria is dedicated to each client, and provides a great personality and
demeanor to add to her services. Her well-rounded knowledge of all areas of design,
materials, concepts and fixing problems in your home will ensure that you are provided
a high degree of comfort and reliability! |

With an extensive background in construction management, Monique Jean-Baptiste is
focused on understanding your needs and providing you with outstanding service.
After receiving her degree in Business Management from the Smith School of Business,
University of Maryland, College Park, Monique learned the bricks and sticks of construction
as the on-site Project Manager for several national and regional home builders. Now
with Nicely Done Home Services, Monique is dedicated to providing you with excellent
